The table top ATS-12 tabbing machine is the most efficient and economical tabber around. It can quickly and easily apply tabs to folded mail pieces, making it an ideal way to deliver eye-catching mail without the risk of it being opened in transit. The small and versatile tabber can automatically apply adhesive tabs from 15.5mm (5/8″) to 37.5mm (1.5″) in diameter. The material thickness can be up to 4.76mm (0.2″). It can apply one tab per mailing piece and up to 7,000 mailings per hour can be tabbed.

The unique benefit of the ATS-12 tabber is that it comes with a built in feeder, this means there are no additional costs if using it as a stand-alone product. The feeder feeds mail pieces into the tabber where it contacts an adhesive tab then travels through a set of rollers where the tab is tightly folded and sealed, creating a mail ready piece. Accuracy is also important and tabs are folded tight to the edge of the mail piece, without drifting from left to right. Depending on document specifications, the mail piece can be fed through in different directions, to apply tabs in various locations.
