AMS is the UK’s leading independent supplier of postal mail preparation equipment and commercial data inkjet systems, offering a wide range of solutions from top industry manufacturers at competitive prices. AMS mailing equipment save time and money by making mailing processes more efficient, maximising productivity, adding processing speed and a professional appearance to postal mailings.
Products range from envelope and addressing printers, high volume data inkjet printers, inserting, tabbing and labeling machines, poly wrapping systems and direct mail software.
AMS provide stand-alone equipment as well as fully automated solutions for production lines but our expertise lies with our unique knowledge of finding solutions for our customers mailing requirements. We build both bespoke and modular systems and software so we can cater to your exact requirements.
AMS was formed over 26 years ago by Peter Fiorentini, Chairman who was later joined by Kevin McPheat, Managing Director. Using their joint experience both in the mailing house industry and as engineers, together they have ensured AMS are committed to customer support and service, believing this is the reason we have long-term partnerships with many of our customers.

Who We Work With
We supply our products throughout the UK, primarily to printers, mailing houses and manufacturers, however many of our products are used in offices and mail rooms including government establishments, education and healthcare departments.

Used Mailing and Packaging Equipment
At times AMS have a number of second hand, used or reconditioned mailing equipment. These are all extensively refurbished by our team of engineers with new parts where needed so they run like new. Please enquire for more details. Of course they all come with our free standard maintenance package for extra piece of mind.
