Stuffing envelopes can be a long and tedious task, often taking up time that could be spent on more productive matters. The AMS 6400 Folder Inserter range of machines removes this time consuming chore by collating, folding, inserting and sealing your mail in one single process.

The flexible feeders can handle both A5 & A4 sizes and varying paper qualities. Loose or stapled paper can be automatically fed through the machine and up to 5 sheets can be processed (or 8 sheets premium version).

Featuring low noise levels, easy operation, flexibility and compact size the AMS range will fit in to any modern office environment. The range comes in 4 different models with various numbers of document feeders, this means we can match the right model to your applications and requirements. This way you only pay for features you need.

How Does It Work?

The compact machines are so simple to use, with the Load’n Go program all you do is load your documents and envelopes then press the button to go. Up to 100 envelopes can be filled in just 3 minutes, that’s over 2000 in an hour. Brochures and stapled paper can be enclosed and you can even choose between four fold types according to your requirements.
